All products offered on the website represent digital access rights, including but not limited to access levels, permissions, verification access, service slots, or internal tools within the TicketLabz ecosystem.
Any references to items, services, platforms, or possible outcomes are for descriptive purposes only and do not constitute the sale, transfer, or guarantee of any third-party property, account, or result.
3. No Marketplace or Resale
TicketLabz is not a marketplace.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or transferring access
- granting access to third parties
- acting as intermediaries, brokers, or agents
- representing TicketLabz services as resalable or tangible goods
Any unauthorized resale or redistribution immediately voids all warranties and may result in permanent termination without refund.
4. User Eligibility and Responsibility
By using TicketLabz, you confirm that:
- you are legally permitted to use digital services in your jurisdiction
- you understand that all services provided are digital, non-tangible, non-exclusive, and non-transferable
You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.
5. No Guarantee of Results
TicketLabz does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, success rate, availability, persistence, or performance arising from the use of provided access.
Any expectations regarding outcomes are assumed solely by the user. Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- use multiple accounts or attempt to bypass restrictions or bans
- exploit pricing, balance systems, cashback mechanisms, or technical vulnerabilities
- share, leak, publish, or disclose internal materials, content, or access
- use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or manipulative purposes
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without notice or refund.
7. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
TicketLabz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party platforms, brands, or companies.
All trademarks, platform names, and logos mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been affected, you may contact us for review.
8. Security Responsibility
You are fully responsible for securing any access provided through TicketLabz.
This includes:
- updating passwords, recovery settings, and 2FA immediately after access is granted
- maintaining secure devices, environments, proxies, and operational practices
Failure to follow security requirements voids all warranties and support obligations.
9. Warranty and Access Review
TicketLabz provides a lifetime warranty only for issues caused directly by our side.
All access must be reviewed within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for warranty consideration.
The warranty does not apply to issues caused by:
- user actions, negligence, or misuse
- use of third-party software, automation tools, or bots
- proxy misuse or contaminated environments
- credential sharing or unauthorized third-party access
- external platform changes beyond our control
9.1 Excluded Warranty Cases (Platform-Wide Actions)
The warranty does not apply to issues resulting from external or platform-wide actions, including but not limited to:
- systemic enforcement measures
- large-scale restrictions or suspensions
- automated or policy-based actions affecting multiple users or access types simultaneously
- changes in verification, validation, or compliance requirements introduced by external platforms
Such actions are considered outside of TicketLabz's control and do not constitute a defect, fault, or failure of the provided access.
These cases are not eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation, regardless of timing.
9.2 No Guarantee Against External Enforcement
TicketLabz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, persistence, or outcome of access in cases where external platforms apply monitoring, enforcement, automated decision-making, or policy changes.
By using TicketLabz services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with external platform governance and automated systems.
10. Digital Services and Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate delivery of access, once access is granted, the service is considered fully delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no right of withdrawal, cancellation, or reversal applies after access has been provided.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
TicketLabz is not liable for:
- actions taken by external platforms or third parties
- user errors, misconfiguration, or operational mistakes
- indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected access.
13. Governing Principles and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable principles of private international law.
Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from the use of TicketLabz services shall be resolved at the discretion of TicketLabz.
14. Modifications
TicketLabz reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
