Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All purchases made on TicketLabz are final and non-refundable.
By completing a payment, you acknowledge that TicketLabz provides digital access rights within its internal infrastructure. Such access is considered fully delivered immediately upon payment, regardless of delivery timing or usage.
No refunds are provided after payment under any circumstances.
2. No Refunds by Default
TicketLabz does not offer refunds, cancellations, reversals, or returns as part of its standard policy.
This applies in all cases, including situations where digital access:
- has not been used
- has been partially used
- has not been accessed at all
Completion of payment immediately places the order in a non-refundable state.
3. Exceptional Administrative Decisions
In rare and exceptional situations, TicketLabz may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to issue compensation.
Such decisions:
- are not refunds by right
- are made exclusively by TicketLabz administration
- apply only to digital access internally classified under the Services category
- do not apply to access levels, permissions, slots, or other non-service-based digital access
- do not create precedent, expectation, or obligation for future cases
Any such action is a one-time administrative decision.
If compensation is granted, it is issued only to the internal site balance.
4. Site Balance and Withdrawals
Users may request a withdrawal of available site balance.
All balance withdrawals are processed with a 20% commission, deducted from the withdrawal amount.
This commission covers:
- fees charged by payment agents and processing partners
- operational and infrastructure expenses
- compliance, risk, and transaction-handling costs
The withdrawal commission is mandatory and non-refundable under all circumstances.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or compensation will not be provided in cases involving:
- digital access already considered delivered
- user error, negligence, or misunderstanding
- failure to follow security, usage, or operational requirements
- use of third-party software, automation tools, or bots
- proxy-related issues or contaminated environments
- external or platform-wide actions, restrictions, or enforcement
- changes in third-party platform rules, policies, or verification requirements
- violations of the TicketLabz Terms of Service
6. No Right of Withdrawal
Due to the digital nature of TicketLabz access and immediate fulfillment upon payment, no right of withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off period applies after payment, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized payment claim without prior communication with TicketLabz administration is considered a policy violation.
In such cases, TicketLabz reserves the right to:
- immediately suspend or terminate access
- revoke warranties and support
- permanently restrict future use of the platform
8. Final Authority
All decisions related to refunds, compensation, exceptions, and balance withdrawals are final and made solely by TicketLabz administration.
TicketLabz reserves the right to deny any request without providing an explanation.
